Thank you Tallahassee for voting Tadlock Roofing YOUR Roofer! Our team had a wonderful time at the Tallahassee Magazine Best of Tallahassee Event. We were in great company with local business owners who truly care and make a difference in the community. In 1981 I, Dale Tadlock, started Tadlock Roofing right here in Tallahassee and have been blessed by those in this community with entrusting me and our team with their largest investment – their home. We saw during Hurricane Michael recently how important it is to have a quality roof and that not all roofs are created equal. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and doing things right the first time. Our why statement is to make a difference in our employees’ lives, the community we serve and the industry as a whole. Within the past 8 years, we set out to expand our business throughout Florida and have stayed true to these values built and sustained in Tallahassee nearly 40 years ago. By partnering with local non-profit organizations aimed to help children facing adversity annually, we hope our efforts are making a difference in the communities we live and serve. I say all of this to say THANK YOU Tallahassee for supporting my dream so many years ago of creating a better business that truly cares about its clients – like family. Your recognition of our team’s efforts means more than you know. God bless.

Congratulations! The recognition is well-deserved.
We had damage to our roof from a fallen tree branch during Hurricane Michael. A trusted neighbor, Fred Conrad, recommended Tadlock Roofing. So glad that we did!
The inspection was thorough and findings were explained to us clearly. The cost estimate was a fair price.
But what impressed us most was the initiative and extra time that Tadlock’s man took to patch damaged areas while he was doing the roof inspection. Without his freely offered help, we had no way to get up to a steep section of our second-story to prevent rain from leaking into the structure of our home before the repairs could be completed.
