This month’s Core Value Winner is Simon McClung, Sales Leader of Tadlock Roofing Gainesville, for his efforts in implementing Tadlock’s core values in and out of the office.
“Finding out that I won the award for Core Values was a true honor. Working at a company that truly cares about people, both inside and outside of our walls, is something that means a lot to me,” Simon explains. “I just hope to live up to the standard set here by my coworkers and leaders each day.”
The Tadlock Roofing Gainesville team could not be more thankful for Simon’s hard work and implementation of the values our company holds so dear. Simon shared what Tadlock means to him stating, “Every company claims to have a mission statement, but I’ve never encountered one that puts its why statement and core values at the forefront of every decision the way Tadlock does. Having clear guiding principles when confronted with life’s daily curveballs makes everything infinitely easier. I love knowing that my coworkers are thinking about the same values I have as we go about our day.”

People don’t care about how much you know until they know how much you care, and Simon truly cares.
