With Tadlock’s Roof Preventative Maintenance (RPM) program, you can stop roofing problems in their tracks and save the headache of costly repairs.

With the RPM program, the experts at Tadlock Roofing will schedule periodic visits to:

Conduct a full inspection of flat and shingle roofs
Blow off all loose debris
Inspect and clean gutters and drains
Inspect and perform minor repairs of flashings at all penetrations and curbs
Inspect seams in the roof field and expansion joints, and perform minor caulking or filling repair
Re-secure loose sheet metal items and reseal cracked or missing caulk joints

After the visit, if any issues are identified during the inspection, our team will reach out to discuss findings and any recommended repairs.
