Integrity, excellence, responsibility, and purpose-driven. Those are our Tadlock Roofing core values that we implement every day and for over 40 years they have stayed true. We are so incredibly proud of our entire Tadlock Roofing team, but we wanted to shine a spotlight on an individual who embodies these values and is truly purpose-driven.
This month’s Core Value Winner is Jessica Swedenburg, Office Manager of Tadlock Roofing Pensacola, for her dedication to being purpose-driven and making a difference in the lives of the families and businesses she works with, her Pensacola Tadlock Roofing team members, and her wonderful family.
Upon learning she was the Core Value Winner, Jessica shared, “I just cried. It made me feel very special and appreciated, I was so overwhelmed. Dale and Tadlock’s core values are something I truly appreciate and they embody how I like to live my life.”
Coming from a demanding hospitality industry, Jessica wanted more time with her young son and to achieve a better work-life balance. “Tadlock gave me that flexibility and understanding so I can spend more time with my family and the Pensacola branch here is like a family. I don’t feel like I’m going to work for a paycheck, I go because it makes me happy.”
The Tadlock Roofing Pensacola team truly appreciates her hard work and guidance. “When I was training in Pensacola, Jessica embodied every core value for Tadlock. Moving into Tallahassee I was very nervous, but she helped me feel confident in the work and position I was entering and continues to lift me up with any questions or areas of difficulty I may stumble upon,” explains a Tadlock team member who nominated Jessica.
This Core Value Award focuses on being purpose-driven in every aspect of life and it truly means something special to Jessica. “My purpose is my wonderful family and children and molding them into amazing people. Within Tadlock, my main purpose is to make a difference in their day, no matter how small, and leave them with something happy to look back on,” Jessica explained.
We care about our clients, we care about their families, we care about their homes, and we care about the quality of service we provide. People don’t care about how much you know until they know how much you care, and Jessica truly cares.
