Omero was born in Southern Mexico and arrived in the U.S. at the age of 12 with his uncle. They settled in Florida in 1999, where Omero began his career in the industry as a roofer. By 2006, he had joined Tadlock as a roofing crew leader, steadily advancing within the company and earning multiple certifications along the way. Each year, Omero enjoys expanding his knowledge and expertise across all aspects of roofing projects. Outside of work, he prioritizes family life, residing on a horse boarding farm in south Tallahassee with his wife, two daughters, four dogs, and over 20 horses.
