Todd believes that Dale and his team have created not only a great company but a great place to work. With more than 16 years of experience as chief financial officer in a variety of industries, Todd joined the Tadlock team to make a difference in the lives of the customers and other employees. However, he has found that he receives so much more.
Todd has been married to his wife, Heidi, for over 23 years, and they have two children. He graduated from Duke University, and he also has an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Although that may seem to be a source of conflict, Todd says that his blood runs a darker shade of blue.
