He is passionate about cultivating strong and successful teams, focusing on customer care by developing and leading a motivated salesforce. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Sarah, his daughter, Cora, and their dog, Dexter. He enjoys outdoor activities, especially those on the water, and considers himself an empath who finds fulfillment in helping others in need.
