Jose joined Tadlock Roofing in December 2019 as a Commercial Sales Consultant. His career in roofing began in 2004 during disaster relief efforts across Florida, where he and his wife gained hands-on experience in shingle installation. With expertise in estimating and sales, Jose has worked for a Miami-Dade roofing contractor and represented a roofing distributor and single-ply manufacturer in Hawaii. He has experience in both residential and commercial roofing solutions.
Married for more than 20 years to Brenda, Jose values their time together, often engaged in volunteer ministry work. Recently, he has focused on disaster relief, contributing to roof repairs in Florida, Puerto Rico, and The Bahamas.
