Not long after high school, while working in the construction industry, Dale was given the opportunity to manage the production side of a roofing company. He found this opportunity to be ideally suited to his personality, as he enjoyed relating to people, desired to work outside and wanted to work in an industry that allowed him to provide high-quality workmanship. He founded Tadlock Roofing in 1980 and has had the privilege of serving the community of Tallahassee for more than 35 years.
On a local level, Dale was the president for the Capital City Roofing and Sheet Metal Association and is a member of Celebration Baptist Church, where he has served on the board of trustees and several committees. Read more about the Tadlock family.
