I relocated to Florida from Central Illinois in 2012 and have loved my time here ever since. For a decade, I worked as a licensed Home Inspector in Florida before transitioning to construction in 2020 as a Warranty Manager. In this role, I oversaw over 900 properties, managed subcontractors, and supervised the construction process.
I am driven by results and meticulous attention to detail, with a strong desire to assist others and enhance the lives of those I encounter. I am deeply aligned with the Tadlock brand, its WHY statement, and its philosophy of helping those in need.
Outside of work, I prioritize spending quality time with my wonderful wife and three children. I am passionate about fitness, particularly wrestling and MMA. I also love activities such as beach outings, fishing, and being outdoors. Integrity and honor are central to my values, and I strive to exemplify these traits for my family. Being a dedicated family man is paramount to me, both personally and professionally, as I aim to positively impact everyone around me.
