I’m excited to join the Tadlock Roofing! I bring over twelve years of experience in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wholesale industry, along with leadership experience from DISH Network and Master Trades Group (MTG), a private equity firm focused on consolidating plumbing, HVAC, and electrical companies. Throughout my career, I’ve led large teams and worked to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and later completed my Executive MBA at Saint Joseph’s University. Originally from Philadelphia, I relocated to Lakewood Ranch, Florida, in July with my wife, Marisa, and our two kids—Cooper (10) and Lyla (8).
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family. We enjoy camping, fishing, and going to baseball games. I’m a huge baseball fan and have visited 24 out of the 30 Major League Baseball stadiums across the U.S.—with a goal to see them all!
The values that guide me most in my work are teamwork and accountability. I believe that success comes from collaboration, supporting one another, and taking ownership of our responsibilities. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and working together to achieve great things!
