Conduct a full inspection of flat and shingle roofs
Blow off all loose debris
Inspect and clean gutters and drains
Inspect and perform minor repairs of flashings at all penetrations and curbs
Inspect seams in the roof field and expansion joints, and perform minor caulking or filling repair
Re-secure loose sheet metal items and reseal cracked or missing caulk joints

After the visit, our consultants will provide you with a complete report and video inspection, and advise you of any recommended repairs.
