Justin is embarking on his sales career at Tadlock Roofing with enthusiasm. Raised in Florida, he has called both St. Pete and Pensacola home throughout his life. Justin’s journey began with honorable service in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where he developed a passion for service and leadership. His background in healthcare has equipped him with skills in compassionate customer care, aligning perfectly with Tadlock Roofing’s values.
In his construction career, Justin has prioritized quality and customer satisfaction. He has held roles at Samuel Stevens & Associates, IKON Construction, and All-South Subcontractors, gaining valuable industry knowledge and ensuring top-notch project execution.
Outside of work, Justin remains dedicated to community service through Avalon Church of Christ and as a wrestling coach. Since marrying Brandi Barnhart in 2017, Justin enjoys family time with their two children, Grayson and Jonni, often soaking in the beauty of Florida’s coastline together.
