Josh has been in roofing since he was 17 years old and it has been his life’s work and passion. He has always had a desire to grow in the industry since he first began. He started out on the roof working with the roofing crews where he continued putting in long days and hard work until he progressed to be a supervisor in the production process. He continued applying his knowledge to now be Tadlocks Orlando Production manager where he continues to work everyday to become better and better at his chosen profession.
