Dale was born in Missouri. After completing six years of military service, he opened a roofing business in South Florida with his father. Dale joined Tadlock Roofing after seven years of running his own business and is now our Commercial Production Manager. Dale’s attention to detail, organizational skills and sunny disposition are serving in him well in the sometimes hectic position.
After work and on the weekends, Dale loves playing sports with his three children.
