Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Jason learned at an early age the importance of values, loyalty, and work ethic. His parents, family, and friends played a significant role in helping shape him into a man with firm principles and beliefs. His Midwestern roots combined with his family values taught him how to cultivate and develop meaningful relationships throughout the years.
From bagging groceries at the age of 14 to delivering packages for Fed Ex in his early 20’s, Jason thrived off meeting people and building new relationships. It was with his position in the sales industry later on that he became aware of his natural ability to listen and communicate with others in an effortless manner.
In 2013 he moved to Austin, TX to take on a new challenge in the steel industry after having spent the majority of his sales career living in Iowa. It was through his assigned travels in the Southeast region that Jason was able to learn about different demographics cultures and their diversity.
Jason was recruited by an I.T. company and relocated to Atlanta in 2017 to manage a 5-state territory including Florida. While visiting the great state of FL on business trips and personal vacations he decided to make Sarasota his permanent home in 2020.
As a Tadlock Roofing sales advocate, Jason will bring forth the same principles of loyalty, work ethic, and family values that he was taught growing up, all while utilizing his vast experience in sales to help build and cultivate relationships.
