We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified person to lead our production teams across the state of Florida. This position will be responsible for the leadership, guidance, and support of our local branches in the areas of production and safety. This position is designed for an individual who possesses a thorough understanding of roofing practices in the state of Florida and dynamic leadership skills that will allow for them to earn the respect of our in-house, skilled, and loyal production staff.

Position Overview:
The CPM is responsible for the overall support and direction of the safety program and production teams across the state. This position will also work with sales staff to sharpen estimating skills through the training of best practices.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with local management to build and train crews, production managers, and site supervisors to execute production following our standards and practices.
- Work with vendors statewide to ensure product availability and quality.
- Ensure that all installs meet or exceed FBC and manufacture requirements through the training of local staff
- Conducting branch audits to ensure compliance with our standards and practices
- Administering our safety program and ensuring compliance with OSHA by providing resources, training, and accountability to all employees to guarantee a safe and healthy work environment.
Skills and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of hands-on roofing production management experience (in the field and on the roof)
- Knowledge and ability to provide hands-on training on install practices
- Ability to demonstrate a fluent knowledge of Florida roofing practices,
- Required install methodology per FBC and manufacture requirements
- OSHA, NRCA, and FRCA safe roofing practices
- A passion for delivering quality installs and production management in a safe and productive environment
- 2+ years’ experience in the leadership of large teams from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to motivate teams to set and achieve goals in line with company goals
- Applicant needs to be process-driven
- Ability to train and communicate with all employees from labor to upper management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Knowledge and experience working with standard business systems (Microsoft Office, CRM system, project management software). Experience with Acculynx software is a plus but not required.
