Todd recently joined Tadlock Roofing as he looked for a new challenge in his professional life.

He believes that Dale and his team have created, not only a great company, but a great place to work. With more than 16 years experience as chief financial officer in a variety of industries, Todd joined the Tadlock team to make a difference in the lives of the customers and other employees. However, he has found that he receives so much more.

Todd has been married to Heidi for 23 years, and they have two children. He graduated from Duke University, and he also has an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Although that may seem to be a source of conflict, Todd says that his blood runs a darker shade of blue.  

On a local level, Dale was the president for the Capital City Roofing and Sheet Metal Association and is a member of Celebration Baptist Church, where he has served on the board of trustees and several committees. Read more about the Tadlock family.
